Minutes for 12/08/2009

The December meeting of the Palouse Hills ARC was called to order by President Tom Storer KI6DER at his QTH at 19:25

Minutes were approved as Published.  
Treasurer's report of $1627.51 was accepted.  

Old Business

After a brief discussion it was moved by KC7QCS and seconded by AC7GL that the club purchase an MFJ-259 antenna analyzer for club use.  Motion approved.
New Business

Election of officers was held and it was moved by KK7VO and seconded by AD7ZZ that the current slate of officers be re-elected for the next year.  Motion approved.

The meeting then adjourned and everybody sat down to a Christmas dinner provided by KI6DER.
