Palouse Hills ARC
Minutes for 10/22/08

The October meeting of the Palouse Hills ARC was called to order by acting President Randy Foltz K7TQ at Shari’s Restaurant in Moscow at 19:16.

Minutes for the October meeting were approved as published.  Moved W7NGI/second W7JM, Passed.
Treasurer’s report of $1412.34 + $462.17 from Hamfest proceeds was accepted.  Moved KI6DERI/second N3SJ, Passed.

Old Business

W7NGI reported on the Spokane Hamfest hat was held Sept. 27th at the University High School in Spokane.  
Palouse Hills ARC subsequently received a check for $462.17 for their share of the proceeds from the hamfest.  
The hamfest will be held next on Sept 26th at the same location, although they are exploring the 
possibility of holding it at Spokane Community College.

W7NGI also reported that the trailer has been removed from his location and a new owner has taken possession. 

New Business

W7JM reported that Testing will will take place on November 25 at the industrial Arts Building located at 404 Sweet Ave between 1 & 4 PM.

Election of Officers was held due to the fact that we will not be having meetings in November and December since meeting dates 
would be the night before Thanksgiving and Christmas.  The following people were elected to office.

The next meeting will be held at Denny’s in Pullman at 7:00 PM on January 28th  with a program provided by KI6DER.

W7NGI then displayed some of the logging and data programs that the club has purchased for member and club use.
